Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships from our tropical warehouse.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your beachwear to you:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Mermaid-Friendly Returns Policy
At Swim Pretty Shop, we want you to love your beachwear as much as we do! If something isn’t quite right, our returns policy makes it easy to make waves with your order.
Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bikini Bottoms
- Bikini Tops
- Complete Bikini Sets
These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and return request
- Wait for approval – our customer mermaids will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our Denver address (provided in your approval email)
- Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Information
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account
- Exchange shipping: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs to return the original item and for us to ship the new item
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll happily replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
