Are your products suitable for actual swimming?
Absolutely! While our bikinis are certainly pretty enough for poolside posing, they’re crafted with quality materials that stand up to waves, laps, and all your aquatic adventures. Just remember – like all premium swimwear, they’ll last longest with proper care (rinsing after saltwater or chlorine exposure).
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two ways to get your swimwear from our sunny Denver warehouse to your beach bag:
- Express Current (Standard Shipping): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch – tracking included!
- Island Time (Free Shipping): Free on orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days – perfect for planners!
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally because confidence shouldn’t have borders! However, we currently can’t deliver to most Asian destinations (except Japan and South Korea) or certain remote islands/territories. If you’re unsure about your location, just email our customer mermaids – they’ll help you navigate these waters!
How long does order processing take?
Each order receives 1-2 days of VIP treatment at our Denver headquarters where we:
- Hand-select your items with vacation-level care
- Conduct quality checks (because premium fabrics deserve it)
- Package everything eco-consciously (protecting both your swimwear and our oceans)
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Life’s too short for swimwear that doesn’t make you feel unstoppable! If something doesn’t fit perfectly, you have 15 days after delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Just email our customer mermaids to start the process – we aim to make it as stress-free as a day at the beach!
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return (usually within 5-10 business days), we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International returns may take longer depending on customs – think of it as your refund enjoying a little island time before coming home!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for smooth, secure checkouts. Your payment information is processed through encrypted channels – we’re as serious about security as we are about style!
Do you store my credit card information?

If your order hasn’t entered processing (within 24 hours), we may be able to help. Once shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process when the package arrives.
